In 1982, in the center of Pleven, a water complex with an area of 10 decares was constructed, consisting of three unique water cascades, water mirrors and a fountain. The water cascades represent the flooded water area over 1500sq.m. with over 10 waterfalls, 763 jets, 47 fixtures and 122 floodlights. The water mirrors are three with 410 jets and 36 floodlights. The fountain has 312 jets and 322 floodlights.
The combination of water and light is unique. The whole water complex is an exciting series of fountains and obstacles that are particularly spectacular in the evening when combining the brilliance of the fountains and the effect of lighting. The cascade runs from April to October and offers all kinds of opportunities for relaxation.
